1 Services
HireAI provides tools for job seekers to create resumes and cover letters using AI, optimize them for Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), match job descriptions, and export documents in PDF or Word format.

2 Registration & Payments

• Certain features are free; others require a paid subscription (Starter, Pro, Enterprise).

• You agree to pay all fees for the subscription plan you select. Subscription terms (monthly/yearly) and pricing are displayed on our Pricing page.

• You may cancel at any time. No refunds for partial subscription periods unless required by law.

3 Use of the Service

• You must provide accurate information when registering.

• You must not use the service for illegal purposes or upload content that infringes rights of others.

• You retain ownership of the content you upload (e.g. your resume), but you grant HireAI the rights to process, analyze, store, and transform it to provide the service.

4 Intellectual Property

• HireAI retains all intellectual property rights for our platform, software, AI models, templates, designs, branding, etc.

• You get a non-exclusive license to use the output (resumes, cover letters) for personal/professional use, subject to these Terms.

5 User Conduct

• Don’t attempt to reverse engineer the service.

• Don’t abuse or overload the platform.

• Respect other users and HireAI’s policies (including these legal terms).

6 Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• HireAI tries to ensure output (resumes etc.) is correct, professional, optimized for ATS, but we don’t guarantee success (e.g. you getting a job).

• We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of income, or loss of data, except where required by law.

• To the extent allowed by law, our liability is capped at the fees you paid in the previous 12 months (or another reasonable amount).

7 Modifications

• We may change or update these Terms. If we do, we’ll update the “Effective Date” above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

8 Termination

• We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of terms, non-payment, or abuse.

• On termination, you may lose access to data stored in the account. Download what you need beforehand.

9 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction — e.g. Ireland, U.S., etc.].
